Brenda Clark

Brenda Gail Clark age, 62, gained her wings surrounded by family on Tuesday, November 12, 2024 at McLeod Hospital in Florence. A memorial service will be held in the chapel of Belk Funeral Home on Saturday, November 16th at 3:00pm.

Born in Charleston, SC on June 10, 1962, Brenda was the daughter of the late Luke McGee and Annie Rose McGee. She was a homemaker, mother, grandmother, provider and caregiver. She loved others and people were always welcome at her house.

Surviving are her children, April Wilkes, Stephen (Hannah) Matthews, Jason (Christina) Matthews, Jason "Bubba" Matthews, Anna (Blair) Cooley, Amy Clark, Angel Elvir, 17 grandchildren and 26 great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her brother Ben McGee and her special friends, Gail Faigen, Teresa Hammonds, and Betty Coward.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles "David" Clark, daughter, Margaret Clark and her two brother, Shorty McGee and Clyde McGee.
