Bobbie Constance Rouse

DARLINGTON - Mrs. Bobbie Constance Rouse, 95, died June 9, 2016 at Oakhaven Nursing Home. A memorial service will be 2:00 p.m. Saturday, June 11 in the chapel of Belk Funeral Home. The family will greet friends immediately following the service. Born February 6, 1921, Mrs. Rouse was the daughter of the late Robert Lide Howle and Willie Irene Barefoot. She was a homemaker and member of Epworth Methodist Church. Surviving are her two daughters: Peggy (Sidney) Wolinsky and Randi (Robert) Kirkley; six grandchildren; four great-grandchildren and special friends: Arcola Stokes, Frances Cox and Karen Allen. She was preceded in death by sisters, Sarah Ethel Kelly, Mettie Pilgrim, Agnes Dutton, Wren Lloyd, Beatrice Hancock and brother, Elias D. Howle. The family extends a special thank you to Oakhaven Nursing Home for the excellent care they provided.
