Billy Joe Brewer

Billy Joe Brewer, age 77, passed away Wednesday, January 20, 2021. A graveside service will be held 3:15 p.m. Saturday, January 23rd at Odom Cemetery. The family will receive friends Saturday from 2-3 p.m. at Belk Funeral Home in Darlington.
Born on August 14, 1943, Billy was the son of the late Mattie Ruth Brewer. He worked as a carpenter and he enjoyed racing and fishing. Billy was a member of New Beginnings Church.
Surviving are his wife, Debra H. Brewer; two daughters, Roetta (Ashley) Parnell and Anna Ruth (Gary) Amerson; three step-daughters, Deana (Jeff) Davis, Lisa Daniels, and Kimberly (Patrick) Daniels; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and a special friend, Thomas Purvis.
He was preceded in death by his daughter, Jenny Lou Brewer.
