Betty Tyner Adams, loving mother, went to be with her Lord Saturday, June 2, 2018, at the age of 91. A graveside service will be held 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, June 5 at Black Creek Cemetery. A visitation will be held from 5-7 p.m. Monday at Belk Funeral Home.
Born December 23, 1926, Betty is the daughter of the late William T. Tyner and Emma Hunter Tyner. She loved the Lord and was a member of Antioch Baptist Church in Hartsville.
Surviving is her son, Kenny Adams (Geri Allen). She was predeceased by her husband, James E. Adams; her brothers, Dargan, L.H., Thomas, and Dennis Tyner; her sisters, Pauline Gainey and Emma Jane Atkinson.
Memorials may be to a charity of one's choice.
