Annie Lee Perdue

Annie Lee Perdue, age 80, passed away on Sunday, February 19, 2023. A visitation will be held in First Free Will Baptist Church in Darlington on Wednesday at 11:00am until 12:00pm, with a service following the visitation. Burial will take place following the service in Cedar Creek Baptist Church Cemetery.

Annie was born in Chesterfield County on July 25, 1942. She is the daughter of the late John Henry Perdue and Cora Lee Irby Perdue. She was the retail manager at Woods Five and Dime for many years. Annie had a passion for making flower arrangements. She was a member at First Free Will Baptist Church in Darlington.

She is survived by her brothers; Curtis Perdue of Florence, James Perdue of Lake City, John (Shirley) Perdue of Scranton, several nieces and nephews: Terry Harper, Patricia McIntyre, Michelle Deese, Tina Verell, Scott Perdue, Tonya Rutland, Cynthia (Travis) Moody, Alice (Brian) Rockwell. Annie is also survived by several great nieces and nephews and many great-great nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her siblings: Howard Perdue, Beatrice Shephard, Lucille Harper, and Sylvia Eaddy.
