Ann McElveen Davis, age 71, passed away Tuesday, April 09, 2019. Funeral services will be held 2:00 PM Thursday, April 11th in the chapel at Belk Funeral Home with burial following at Darlington Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends from 6-8 PM Wednesday at the funeral home.
Born June 18, 1947, Ann is the daughter of the late Blease McElveen and Mollie Welch McElveen. She worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant at Medford Nursing Home. Ann loved to fish, tend to her garden, and was a member of Faith Free Will Baptist Church.
Surviving are her husband, Larry G. Davis; children, Travis Davis and Karen Nealey; seven grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren; brothers, Dalmage (Stella) Welch of Florence and Ernest McElveen of Columbia; sister, Ethel Mae Kinlaw.
She was preceded in death by her son, Tracey Davis; and many brothers and sisters.
Memorials may be made to Faith Free Will Baptist Church, 1335 Lamar Hwy Darlington, SC 29532.
