Terry Tony Watford
12/26/1961 - 12/8/2010

Terry Tony Watford, age 48, died Wednesday December 8, 2010.  Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday, December 11, 2010 at Belk Funeral Home, DARLINGTON CHAPEL officiated by Rev. Dan Thigpen.  Burial will follow in Philadelphia Southern Methodist Church Cemetery.

Terry was born in Florence County on December 26, 1961.  As a young boy, he pitched in the Little League World Series in Meridian, MS.  Terry loved sports, rather it be watching or playing them.  He was an avid golfer and NASCAR fan.  He also loved his dogs.  Mr. Watford attended Philadelphia Southern Methodist Church.

Surviving are his mother, Judy W. Watford of Timmonsville, his father, Jake (Terry) Watford of Oates, a brother, Jay (Robin) Watford of Matthews, NC, a sister, Julie (Kyle) Stanley of Darlington, a grandmother, Louise F. Windham of Timmonsville, nieces and nephews: Ashley, Jaycie, Merideth and Ben and a great-nephew, Corbin.

The family will receive friends from 6- 8 Friday evening at Belk Funeral Home in Darlington.

Memorials may be made to the Darlington County Humane Society, PO Box 1655, Hartsville, SC 29550.

We had one heck of a ride in our relationship! but i am glad things ended up on the good side. i just wished i had known he was back in the area to say hello.
